Shaun was named to the All-Sea View League Team for the Second consecutive year, and is an All-CIF candidate. Jackson is having another outstanding season on both sides of the ball as the returning All-Sea View League guard recorded a grade of 79% and recorded three decleaters at Newport Harbor. Jackson received a graded of 85 % and four more decleaters, as well as a 93% defensive grade and two tackles against Servite to be named Offensive Lineman of the Game for the third time in four weeks. The two tackles gives him 19 on the season. Jackson has a total of 37.5 decleaters this season and 54 in his career which are both second best in school history behind Stan Bennett’s 39.5 and 59.5 respectively. Shaun picked up five tackles against Katella to earn both Offensive and Defensive Lineman of the game honors. Shaun recorded a school record 10 decleaters at Woodbridge to be named Offensive Lineman of the Game. Jackson had two decleaters vs. Newport Harbor, five against CdM, and 4.5 decleater at Fountain Valley. Shaun collected his first sack of the season at Servite. Jackson has helped the Eagles gain 220.0 yards per game on the ground and 440.0 yards per game total.

Misc. Jackson is a returning All-Sea View League player. His brother Byrce plays DT for Fresno State.

In 1996, Shaun finished 2nd on the team with 16.5 decleaters with 2.5 each vs. Irvine and Tustin.
