#81 Senior, WR Rod Rivera (6-0, 160) has emerged
as the leader on an athletic receiving corps after a solid junior
campaign. In 2003, Rod earned All-Serra League honors and was
named the Eagles Most Improved Offensive Player after catching
11 passes for 125 yards. Has a season-high five receptions for
72 yards at Bishop Amat to earn Player of the Game honors. Caught
his first two career passes at Redlands in Week 2 also caught
two passes at Mater Dei.
In 2004: Caught one pass for 29 yards at St.
Paul in Week 1.
Misc: Earned his first varsity letter in 2003.
A member of the Dean’s List with a GPA over 3.0.
