The Eagles will play four new opponents and renew a series with a familiar foe before the start of their seventh and possibly last season in the Sea View League. The Eagles will open their tenth season with a home game against powerful Dominguez High of Compton. In Week 2, the Eagles play host to Carlsbad High, and in Week 3, travel to Dana Hills High for a clash with the Division I Dolphins. Next, Santa Margarita travels to Division I San Clemente before rounding out the non-league portion of the season with a renewal of their rivalry with Rancho Bernardo. The Eagles are 1-1 against the Broncos, winning 27-0 in 1990 and losing 37-23 in 1991.
