Brian is not the only Finneran making
a name for himself at Villaova. While Brian lead the
Wildcats in receiving, twin brother Brad is second on
the team in receiving for the No. 1 ranked Villanova
Wildcats. The two have made the opponent see double
all season long, combining for 49.2 percent of the teams
catches, 59.9 percent of Villanova's receiving yards
and 62.9 percent of the touchdowns.
- Together, the twins rate as Villanova's top two
receivers. They combined for 22 of VU's 42 receiving
TDs (52.0 percent) and 49.2% of VU's total receiving
yards.
- Combined for 13 receptions, 298 yards and three
touchdowns in the No. 3 ranked Wildcats victory
over No. 25 Richmond on Oct. 18, 1997.
- Brian ranks third in the Atlantic 10 in receiving
yards per, while Brad ranks sixth in the league
in that category. In receptions per game, Brian
ranks second in the league, while Brad ranks sixth.
