Spencer was a 2 year starter on the offensive line for the Eagles. He was an important factor in the Eagle's back-to-back Serra league titles. Spencer was a 2x All-Serra League Tackle who broke the career decleater record his senior year with 67 career decleaters. Spencer also played in the Cali-Florida bowl.

Spencer received a full scholarship to Washington State University where former Eagle Alum Billy Newman attended. He has since transfered to USD to finish out his career.
